Sometimes it is easier to get a perspective of my work when it is next to something for scale. Here is a piece slouching against my door.
It's called "A Day Within Days" because summer days sometimes feel like that when you are out in nature. Time changes, perspectives change with feeling of things flattening out and becoming fully detailed but also fuzzy around the edges. The light changes and sounds become distinct. The crickets calling to the spiders in the meadow grasses and the wind comes down through it all. Oil 18" X 72"
