A dear friend recently commented on how many trees we have in our west coast landscape, suddenly understanding our expression of, "a babe in the woods".
To be truly lost is a terrifying experience and not just only in the physical world. Being lost on your own path, the path of who you really are, is just as alarming. But in that in-between space, before the panic sets in, is an opportunity to explore your vast potential. Because there is nothing familiar to you, the potential for change, with new understandings and new dreams, is at its greatest in that "lost" moment.
