Sometimes I forget to post what I've painted! Here is one I painted last fall.
I am calling it "Uplift". I think the measurements are 30X36.
(It's hanging in the Gallery, so I can't quite remember the size.)

When Maggie actually got moving...
We walked everywhere together.
Sometimes taking a break.
And sometimes... sometimes... it was a good idea just to think about taking a walk first...
Because rushing into things... well...
In fact... what's the rush?
She was good at convincing me.
Good girl, Maggie. God Speed.
This Phoenix was out the door so quickly I forgot to scan the image, but remembered to take a pic with my camera, hence the haze of the picture frame.
This sweet little painting sold while I was away camping in the hot desert. Talk about two different worlds! I'm happy it sold to someone who obviously appreciates these darling little flowers.
"Summer Tapestry" is my latest work displayed at the gallery.
Rachel always does a great job of hanging everyone's work. Here is the wall that I share with Evelyn Russell who does collograph. I think our work looks great together.
Mum sent me some sable watercolour brushes for my birthday. We chose the extra long-tipped brushes to see how they worked out. It took some getting used to as the extra length was prone to flicking droplets of paint. But once that was worked out, i.e., use slow movements, the brushes were beautiful for fine detail work. I was really pleased with how this little illustration for a friend turned out. I think the bunny is quite sweet.
I am always so happy when my paintings are sold to nice people. A lovely couple purchased, "The WindCatchers" for their new home together. If that isn't great, I don't know what is!
Found these two amazing abolone shells at a Flea Market. Look how big they are! I can't believe someone didn't snatch them up right away.
A very lovely gentleman purchased my Winter Lake painting. I think I shall play more with lines and squiggles.
